Overview

Introduction to basic ballet movements with a contemporary twist, providing students with inspiration and confidence to move freely and better comprehend terminology.

Who is the course for?

Whether you are 8 or 80 this class is designed as an open and fun experience for anyone who has never danced a ballet or contemporary class in their life.  Teaching the basic skills of ballet with the movement qualities of contemporary, this class will inspire you to move and keep moving the blues away and letting the sillies out.  So, if you always wanted to try ballet and never did now is your chance as this class is nothing but fun, judgement free, and inspiring.

  • Some exercises will be given additional contemporary movement
