Overview

Are you tired of being stuck at home and uninspired to move?  Have you had previous or current injuries and don’t know what to do about it?  Do you wish you had a better understanding of your own anatomy and how to achieve goals for your own personal sport or activity? Then this is the course for you.  Designed to help your individual goals and give one-on-one time, this course will allow you to feel in control of your own health and fitness plans all from the safety of your own home.
